About the speaker:

Phil Burton is the school business leader for Success Academy Trust. He has a wealth of knowledge in food services, project management, sales and customer services management, H&S management, HR and leadership management  and operational management. He is a member of the Chartered Institute for  Professional Development (CIPD), Institute of Occupational Health and Safety (IOSH), Institute of Leadership and Management (ILM) and Institute of School Business Leaders (ISBL).

Phil is passionate about giving young people life opportunities that they would not usually get in his roles as a school leader, group Scout leader and as a youth officer for the Camping and Caravanning Club to name a few.
