What do I do if something changes after I have submitted the information?  

Please email us at hello@edexeclive.co.uk if you need to make any changes. Please note that badge names and exhibitor information is sent to InVentry two days before the event so changes cannot be made after this time.  

Can I hire AV equipment for my stand? 
Yes, AV hire can be arranged via the venue or an external contractor. If you require AV, please let us know in the form above, and we will connect you with the appropriate contact for arranging equipment and discussing costs. 

Dietary requirements 

Please include the dietary requirements of your team in the form above. If you don’t let us know dietary needs prior to the event, we cannot guarantee that they will be accommodated. On the day, please make yourself known to us or to a member of the team at the venue. 

 

Exhibitor passes 

You have 2 exhibitor passes included in your package. If you require more, please be aware that it is not always possible and may incur a fee. Please contact us if you’d like to request extra passes, and we’ll see what we can do. 

How do I send a delivery to the venue?  

It’s really important that you label parcels to be delivered prior to the event, or collected after, correctly in order for your items to be made available for you on the day and returned following the event.  Please use the labels provided at the back of the exhibitor manual and ensure they arrive within the two-day window. Again, please also email the venue (contact in the exhibitor manual) to let them know that a delivery will be coming.  

What time can I arrive to set up?  

This information is on page 4 of the exhibitor manual, as it varies from event to event. We will send a ‘final information’ email to exhibitors two days prior to the event that will have finalised timings in. 

Where can I park on the day?  

Parking and transport information, as well as accommodation recommendations, are on page 6 of the exhibitor manual.   

What furniture is included with my stand? 
Each stand includes one 6ft trestle table and two chairs. If you do not require these, please let us know in the exhibitor form. 

What space do I have for my stand? 

Please ensure everything you have for you stand fits into the 2mx1m space you have allocated, as the space in venue can be quite tight, we ask that you do not exceed this space at all unless you have agreed additional space at the time of booking.

Running order of the day 

Registration for delegates is between 8.15am and 9.00am 

Welcome speech is between 9.00am – 9.15 am 

Seminars take place between 9:15am and 11am 

Coffee break for delegates is between 11.00am and 11.30am 

Seminars take place between 11:30am and 12:15pm 

Lunch break which incorporates exhibition time and quick fix sessions is between 12.15pm and 2:15pm 

Seminars take place between 2:15pm and 3:45pm 

Drinks and networking reception running between 3.45pm and 4:15pm. 

 

DO YOU SHARE DELEGATE LISTS? 

We share attendee lists with exhibitors and sponsors 1-2 days post-event for follow-up purposes. Delegates can opt out of sharing their details (though the vast majority don't), protecting our long-standing delegate relationships while ensuring quality engagement.
