We are specialists—a team of chefs, nutritionists, caterers, campaigners, and procurement experts on a mission to tackle food-related ill health across the UK. We work directly with kitchen teams, upskilling them to cook from scratch with fresh, seasonal ingredients. The result? Vibrant, healthy meals that fuel children’s learning, focus, and wellbeing.

We don’t stop at the kitchen door. Our approach transforms school food culture—empowering children to value good nutrition through hands-on food education and the creation of growing spaces.

We know budgets are tight, but school food impacts behaviour, attainment, and lifelong health. That’s why we offer funded training cohorts for schools across London, helping you deliver high-quality, sustainable meals all within budget.
