Conny Brandt
About the speaker:


Conny is the school business leader at Peterhouse School, an all-through non-maintained specialist school for autistic children in Merseyside. Conny started the role in 2016 (having originally started at school as an Office Assistant in 1994). She completed a Lvl 4 CSBM (Certificate in School Business Management) qualification in 2017, followed by a CMDA (Charactered Manager Degree Apprenticeship) in 2022.


Conny started working on staff wellbeing at school in 2017 and has previously presented on staff wellbeing to the HR group at the National Association of Independent and Non-Maintained Special Schools (NASS), as well as at a virtual Anna Freud Centre conference. When not in work, Conny looks after her wellbeing by going for walks with her rescue greyhounds and singing in a community choir.
