Future Ready ICT: Shaping your school’s tech future with confidence

Practical insights for school business leaders navigating AI, ICT and digital transformation

Seminar Brief

AI is no longer on the horizon — it’s here, and it’s reshaping how schools approach ICT. From streamlining operations to transforming learning environments, the pressure to make smart, strategic tech decisions is growing fast.

Led by long-time EdExec contributor and experienced ICT specialist Nigel, this session offers real-world reflections, best practice insights and pragmatic advice on future-proofing your school’s technology strategy — without getting lost in the hype. We’ll explore how AI, automation and collaborative technologies are influencing today’s digital decisions and how school business leaders can build confident, balanced approaches that serve both education and operations.

You’ll also hear thoughts on why networking matters more than ever — and how connecting with peers, suppliers, and sector thought-leaders can help you stay ahead in a landscape that’s moving fast.

IN THIS SESSION WE EXPLORE

• How to build or review a digital strategy that fits your school’s needs and pace

• Practical applications of AI and where it actually adds value

• What the next 3–5 years could look like in school ICT — and how to prepare
