Leading Change with Confidence
How school business professionals can manage change with clarity, empathy and strategic focus
Seminar Brief
Change is a constant in school life – whether it’s a shift in staffing, a restructure, a new process or stepping into an interim role. For School Business Professionals, leading change isn’t just about planning and processes – it’s about people. When managed well, change can drive efficiencies, boost wellbeing and improve outcomes for staff and pupils alike. But without care and clarity, it can create anxiety and resistance.
In this session, Sharon Marsh draws on her experience supporting schools through transition to explore what effective change leadership looks like in practice. From strategic planning to everyday communication, you’ll learn how to lead others through change with empathy, structure and calm – even in the most uncertain situations.
