About the speaker:

Andy is currently the national wellbeing director for Schools Advisory Service and is a past national president of the NAHT. He was a national leader of education and was a member of the Blackpool School Improvement Board, the Blackpool Opportunity Area Board and the NAHT Accountability Commission. He was previously the headteacher of St Nicholas C of E Primary School.
