Working smarter not harder – tackling the time thieves!

Seminar Brief

Our working days in school are absolutely full on, and rarely do we get the opportunity to stop, reflect and think differently. In this session Justin will share ways to ‘repurpose our time’, exploring how we can make the best use of it through practical techniques and real-life examples that can be applied straight into the school day. This is a fun, interactive session that blends theory with practical solutions to common challenges — helping you feel more in control of your time and workload.

In this seminar we will explore

• Who the real time thieves are at work — and what they do

• How to tackle interruptions, procrastination and negativity

• What we can learn from how other professions manage time

• Practical steps we can realistically take in schools

Take home points

• Practical, real-life solutions you can try straight away at work

• A new understanding of why people act the way they do

• Ways to challenge your own behaviours and responses

• Tools to take back control of your working day

This session is for

Anyone working in schools who wants to manage their time better, feel more in control, and tackle the everyday challenges that drain energy and focus.
