Shane Williams
About the speaker
Shane spent 20 years in the police. During this time, he was focused on helping young people and trying his best to keep them out of the criminal justice system, eventually becoming head of training for Greater Manchester Police. During the latter years, he questioned if policing was the right place to help as many young people as possible. He decided he could do things better if he left and set up his own company - and Global Policing was born. Global Policing works with schools and organisations to help keep children safe, and to help them make better-informed choices.
