Calculating the ICFP metrics is often the straightforward part. The real challenge begins when the analysis questions an established timetable, staffing structure or curriculum assumption—and leaders must decide what to change, when to act and how to protect educational quality while doing it.

This implementation-focused session starts where introductory ICFP training usually finishes.
