About the speaker
Phil is the trust business and operations lead who oversees operational and business matters for Success Academy Trust. In 2024 became a Fellow of the Institute of School Business Leadership (ISBL) in recognition of his contribution and valued service to the profession. Phil also holds membership of the Chartered Institute for Professional Development (CIPD), the Institute of Occupational Health and Safety (IOSH), and the Institute of Leadership and Management (ILM). Outside of education, Phil runs one of the country’s largest Scout groups.
