Jonny is particularly focused on reducing fragmentation and building aligned, high-performing support functions that enable schools to thrive. He brings a practical, systems-led approach grounded in real sector experience, with a focus on delivery, accountability and long-term impact. Alongside his leadership roles, Jonny holds professional accreditation in operational excellence and is committed to developing effective, values-driven organisations within the education sector and serves on the board of ISBL as national Vice-Chair.
